Black rag dolls featuring instructions on how to abuse them were removed from the shelves of One Dollar Zone stores in New Jersey after customers and assemblywoman Angela V. McKnight called the dolls racist.
The dolls, made with black fabric and hair made of red, black, green and yellow yarn, features a tag that instructs the doll’s owner to grab it “firmly by the legs and find a wall to slam” it while yelling “I feel good. I feel good.”

A new South Dakota law requires "In God We Trust" to be displayed in public schools, in areas where students are "most likely" to see it — like a cafeteria or entryway.
It must also be at least 12-by-12 inches in size.

A public school district in Pennsylvania that faced a national outcry after threatening to place children in foster care over unpaid cafeteria debt has received several offers to pay off the entire tab, but school officials do not seem interested.
"This really isn't about the money. I think it's about teaching people who are struggling some sort of moral lesson they need to learn, no matter what the consequences are." Todd Carmichael.
